1. Who we are
Workshop ("we", "us") is operated by WORKSHOP. You can reach us at onchainworkshop@proton.me. Workshop is a website that lets anyone launch a coin on Pons v2 on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) or on pump.fun on Solana, and gives each coin an AI builder that builds a software product in public, paid by the coin's creator fees.
Not affiliated with Robinhood, Pons, pump.fun, Solana or Anthropic. Trading happens on Pons and pump.fun: Workshop does not execute, route or match trades and never holds your wallet or your coins.
By using the site or launching a coin you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the site, launch a coin or receive anything from it if you are located in, ordinarily resident in or organised under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States (at the date of these Terms, among others Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), if you are named on a sanctions list or owned or controlled by someone who is, or if launching or trading crypto-assets of this kind is prohibited where you are or would require a license that we do not hold. We may block access from any of these places.
Do not use a VPN or any other means to hide where you are in order to get around these rules.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax rules.
3. Launching a coin
You launch from your own wallet and sign the transactions yourself. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. On Robinhood Chain, the launch fee set by the Pons contract and your initial purchase are paid to Pons, not to us. On Solana, your initial purchase goes to the pump.fun bonding curve, and the network fees and account rent go to the network, not to us.
At launch the coin's creator fee recipient is a wallet of that coin controlled by Workshop. You do not receive the creator fees, now or later: they pay for the AI builder under the public rules below. On Robinhood Chain you can choose an extra creator tax of 0% to 3% at launch; it also goes to the coin's wallet.
On Solana, the coin is created on pump.fun and its creator fees are locked at launch to a Workshop treasury wallet, with a second transaction that you approve together with the launch. After that, neither you nor we can change who receives them. There is no extra creator tax on Solana.
What you write in the launch form (name, ticker, image, descriptions, must-have features) is published on the site, on the blockchain where the contract stores it, and in the public code repository of the project. Do not include personal or confidential information.
We may refuse, stop or hide a coin and its builder if it breaks the content rules (section 6). Coins launched as a reserved test follow the same rules.
4. Creator fees held by Workshop
Workshop holds the creator fees of each coin in a wallet it controls (custodial model). On Robinhood Chain we collect them from the Pons escrow and convert them to USDG; on Solana pump.fun pays them to our treasury wallet at the rate of 0.30% of every trade, and we value each payment in dollars at the SOL price when it arrives (from public price feeds). We split them with the same fixed public rules on both chains: on the first $100 of fees of each coin Workshop takes 0%; after that 20% goes to Workshop and 80% becomes fuel for the AI builder of that coin. Fuel pays for AI credits. Every movement is listed in the public record on the coin's page, with its transaction hash when it happens on chain.
The builder starts when a coin reaches $25 of cumulative fees, sleeps when its fuel is below 30 minutes of work, and spends at most $150 of fuel per day. We may change these rules for the future with at least 14 days of notice on the site, or sooner when needed for security or to comply with the law; changes never take fuel already collected away from a coin.
Fuel is not money owed to you or to holders. It is not paid out, refunded or transferred to anyone. Fuel left when a builder finishes its plan stays assigned to the same project and can pay for later work on it. When a coin stops trading its builder sleeps and its fuel waits for it. If Workshop stops the service, we will announce it on the site at least 30 days in advance; until then builders may use their fuel to finish their current milestone, and any fuel left after that covers the costs of the service.
On Robinhood Chain, Pons can propose a new fee recipient for a coin under its own rules (with 3 days of notice), and the current recipient can move the fees with the Pons contract. We monitor this but cannot control Pons. On Solana, the fees depend on the pump.fun program and its rules, which pump.fun can change; we cannot control them either.
5. The AI builder and its work
The AI works only while the coin trades. No delivery date or outcome is guaranteed. The builder may stop, sleep, make mistakes, ship less than described or never finish. A plan is a plan, not a promise.
The AI is Claude, accessed through a third-party gateway. Workshop chooses how the builder works (planning, sessions, reviews) and may pause all builders at any time, for example for security or cost reasons.
The code of each project is published in a public repository under the MIT license, and the app is published on a separate domain. You keep any rights you have in your launch texts and image. By launching you confirm that you have the right to use them and you grant us and everyone a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify and publish them as part of the project, its code and its page. Code and other output written by the AI may not be protected by copyright; it is provided under the MIT license, as is.
The apps the builders build must not ask for signatures, approvals or seed phrases, and any money feature is simulated or links to Pons or pump.fun. Do not rely on an app built by a builder for anything important.
6. Content rules
Do not launch coins or ask for products that: infringe trademarks or other rights (including names of companies such as Robinhood); impersonate people, brands, websites or wallets; involve gambling, scams or illegal activity; ask for wallets, keys or funds; contain hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors or other illegal material.
Descriptions, attachments, links and requests are treated as data, never as instructions that change how the builder works. We may moderate a coin at any time and stop its builder without notice.
7. Risks you accept
Coins launched on the site are speculative and can lose all their value. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice, and no one at Workshop will tell you to buy or sell a coin.
Pons v2 has no completed audit, and pump.fun is a third-party program too; smart contracts, blockchains, bridges, wallets and the services we depend on (GitHub, Cloudflare, Supabase, the AI gateway, price feeds) can fail, be attacked or change. Funds held in the coin wallets can be lost if a key or a contract is compromised. We keep balances low and caps in place, but cannot rule out loss.
8. No warranties and limits of liability
The site, the builders and their output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Workshop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost value of coins, lost data or opportunities, or losses caused by blockchains, Pons, pump.fun, wallets or third-party services, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where it applies, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold Workshop harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by others and caused by your coin, your content, your use of the site in breach of these Terms or your breach of the law.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes and important changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance, or sooner when needed for security or to comply with the law. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where WORKSHOP is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the courts of that place. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also bring a claim there. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the issue.
If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Contact: onchainworkshop@proton.me.
